Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in one or more security-related fields (Law enforcement, Military, Corporate Security, Business Continuity, Risk, Emergency Management, or Customer Service).
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in the security field preferred.
• 3+ years of Security Operations Center or emergency communications experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Intake of critical response communications
• Responding to calls for equipment service and information about security-related technology systems
• Monitor and respond to security alarms using alarm monitoring tools, cameras, and intelligence resources
• Synthesize large amounts of information quickly
• Create a comprehensive documented record of security-related incidents
• Coordinate routine and critical incident communications
• Understand the proper use of security-related tools and procedures
• Implement access control procedures
• Assist with physical security validations for partners and vendors
• Support general security, first responder, and law enforcement engagement and response to incidents
• Escalate to supervisors when appropriate
