Capital One is seeking a Principal Coordinator, Security Operations Specialist I in Global Workplace Services to support the 24/7 GSOC in Riverwoods, IL. You will coordinate incident communications, monitor alarms and access control, and document security incidents to help keep employees and facilities safe.
The role requires 2+ years in security-related fields and 1+ year experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

That’s why our team is looking to add a Principal Coordinator, Security Ops Specialist. As a Principal Coordinator, Security Operations Specialist, you’ll carry out day-to-day activities in the Global Security Operation Center (GSOC). The GSOC is our 24/7 security and intelligence function that evaluates and reports on hazards and threats to the company including but not limited to natural disasters, terror attacks, civil unrest, workplace violence, facility intrusion and others. This position works rotating shifts that may include weekends, holidays, evenings and overnight shifts. This role's hours are expected to be 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Central, including weekends, and is subject to change with the needs of the business.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Riverwoods, IL: $56,800 - $64,800 for Prin Coord, Security Services Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
