Job summary

Global Guardian is seeking a GSOC Analyst to manage day-to-day operations, ensuring 24/7 coverage, threat monitoring, and rapid response at a client site in San Mateo, CA. This in-person role demands a seasoned professional with experience in security operations, incident management, and risk assessment.

You will collaborate with on-site EMS, security teams, and law enforcement to protect personnel and assets, maintain detailed records, and escalate critical events per protocol.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Emergency Management or related field is preferred.
• 3+ years in emergency/crisis management or related operations.
• Familiarity with surveillance, access control, threat intel and incident systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized monitoring of events and rapid outreach to personnel.
• Analyze security risks and issue real-time threat alerts for decision making.
• Monitor locations and coordinate on-site responses with EMS and security teams.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and equipment, escalating issues promptly.
