Job summary

Global Guardian in McLean, VA is seeking a GSOC Analyst for a 100% in-person role within our Security Operations Center. This position supports security operations requests, client data management, international travel itineraries, and worldwide monitoring.

The associate level role reports to the Operations Center Director and VP of Operations. You will build mission briefs, coordinate international security teams, and monitor emergencies while delivering exceptional client service to corporate

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a customer support/physical security environment is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with corporate clients and high net worth individuals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strict attention to detail.
• Interest in executive protection, travel, and security services.
• Provide security posture recommendations for travelers.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build mission briefs based on client itineraries and security posture.
• Coordinate and direct international security team members in support of clients under duress.
• Identify and prioritize emergency situations as they develop internationally.
• Communicate effectively with a diverse group, including C-Suite executives and international operators.
• Perform Operations Center functions: respond to calls, update client data, maintain duty logs, organize files.
• Conduct client interface and account management functions while delivering exceptional service.
