Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a GSOC Operator to support the daily operations of the Global Security Operations Center. You will monitor security systems, triage incidents, and aid in effective response efforts while maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, calm decision-making under pressure, and collaboration with the GSOC Tactical Supervisor. A U.S. person is required due to access to export-controlled information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of work experience.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with ability to prioritize information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with teamwork focus.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems (video management, access control) in real time.
• Assist in triage of security events and escalate as needed.
• Relay critical information to GSOC Tactical Supervisor and stakeholders with clear documentation.
• Support deployment of response teams and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Follow incident response protocols and escalation procedures.
