Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a GSOC Operator to support daily operations of the Global Security Operations Center. You will monitor security systems, triage incidents, and assist in effective response during security events. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure adherence to incident protocols.

The role requires calm decision-making, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or three years work experience.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize information effectively.
• Technically proficient
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems, including VMS and access control platforms, in real time.
• Assist in triage of security events and escalate as needed.
• Relay critical information to the GSOC Tactical Supervisor and stakeholders with clear documentation.
• Support deployment of response teams and coordinate with partners.
• Follow incident response protocols to ensure compliance with standards.
• Participate in training sessions and drills to improve preparedness.
• Stay informed about security tech and best practices for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate incident records for audits and assessments
