Pinkerton is seeking a GSOC Supervisor to oversee client-specific security operations, coordinating shift activities, and ensuring timely response to critical events. The role focuses on monitoring, reporting, and escalation within a structured protocol framework.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in GSOC, law enforcement, or military roles, with strong analytical and communication skills and a track record of leading small teams in a high-stakes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of GSOC, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Knowledge of confidential business information and critical asset protection.
• Knowledge of investigative processes and intelligence collection.
• Able to apply analytic skills in a corporate high-tech environment.
• Independent judgment and decision-making ability.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Supervise and coordinate GSOC daily activities including emergency response and monitoring.
• Manage rapid communication with employees and stakeholders.
• Produce analytical reporting from access control systems to assess control effectiveness.
• Monitor geopolitical events affecting executive travel and operations.
• Conduct open-source intelligence and client-specific intelligence gathering.
