Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in GSOC, law enforcement, or military functions.
• Strong knowledge of security system applications and integration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Independent judgment and decision-making ability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily GSOC activities across alert monitoring, video surveillance, and access control.
• Provide regular analytical reporting from access control systems.
• Coordinate emergency communications and rapid liaison with stakeholders.
• Monitor open-source intelligence and client-specific intel for threats.
• Support investigations and threat assessments across incidents.
• Ensure compliance with established protocols and confidential handling of information.
