Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an GSOC Operations Analyst for our Denver, CO office to monitor security platforms and respond to incidents on the overnight shift. You will execute defined workflows, log events, and maintain accurate documentation under supervision.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in security operations, familiarity with surveillance and access systems, and strong written/verbal communication. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and 24/7 coverage.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in security operations or related field.
• Familiarity with physical security technologies (surveillance, access control).
• Strong procedural discipline and ability to follow SOPs under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for incident reports.
• Experience in the Tech industry is preferred.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Exposure to OSINT tools or threat monitoring is advantageous.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor GSOC platforms for continuous security surveillance.
• Respond to alarms, access violations, and duress events per protocols.
• Coordinate with on-site responders and emergency services as needed.
• Document incidents with timelines, actions, and outcomes.
• Maintain shift logs and handover notes.
• Manage mass notification and communications during incidents.
