AEG Fuels is seeking a skilled GSE Mechanic to inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair Ground Support Equipment in Atlanta, GA or Cocoa Beach, FL. This hands-on role ensures equipment remains safe, reliable, and ready for service.

The ideal candidate will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot multiple systems, and document completed work while coordinating with Warehouse Operations to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience repairing GSE or heavy equipment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical or vocational training preferred.
• Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read service manuals and schematics.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and safety focused.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, service, and repair GSE.
• Perform preventive maintenance per specs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Repair engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, and suspension.
• Document work orders with inspections and parts.
• Coordinate with warehouse leadership on repair timelines.
• Maintain tools and work areas in clean, organized condition.
• Follow safety procedures and lockout/tagout.
• Assist with sourcing parts and keeping maintenance records.
