Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a GSE Manager to lead daily maintenance operations for Ground Support Equipment at multiple locations.

You will ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with Operations to meet service levels. The role supervises mechanics and maintenance staff, drives preventative maintenance programs, and manages parts inventory and maintenance records.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of GSE, fleet maintenance, or heavy equipment repair.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and diesel/gas engines.
• Ability to travel frequently to various locations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily GSE maintenance operations, including preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Supervise and support GSE Mechanics, Assistants, and Supervisors (if applicable).
• Ensure equipment availability and minimize downtime to support operational needs.
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance work based on operational demands.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and maintenance activities.
