Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional experience in automotive/heavy equipment maintenance.
• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in maintenance or similar field.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and support a team while balancing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Experience in fast-paced, hands-on maintenance environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate a team of 4–8 maintenance employees, promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and feedback for team growth.
• Assist with onboarding and training new employees and ongoing development.
• Coordinate daily workflow, assign tasks, and ensure safe, on‑time maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance to diagnose issues and perform repairs.
• Monitor work quality and compliance with safety and maintenance procedures.
• Identify challenges, troubleshoot, and implement productivity improvements.
• Prepare daily reports on activities, progress, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to prioritize repairs and minimize disruptions.
