United Ground Express, Inc. is seeking anті GSE Maintenance Support Supervisor in Newark, NJ. The role oversees Ground Service Equipment maintenance, manages service providers, and supports station audits at EWR. A focus on accurate work orders and inventory control is essential.

The successful candidate will coordinate with vendors, monitor repairs, and prepare monthly reports. Travel to related stations is required as part of the position.

Formación

• High School/GED with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of airport operations.
• Ground Service Equipment maintenance experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee GSE maintenance and unscheduled repairs; document work orders.
• Manage relationships with maintenance service providers and vendors.
• Assist in GSE audits and station transitions.
• Monitor repairs and schedule outside maintenance when needed.
• Enter GSE invoices into Fleet Focus and maintain data accuracy.
• Create weekly/monthly reports on budgets, damages, and repairs.
• Travel as required.
