We are seeking a full-time Area Service Technician with strong electrical and mechanical skills and a focus on customer service. Responsibilities include remote troubleshooting, on-site repairs, training customer teams, and maintaining service records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of service/repair experience in ground support equipment.
• Diesel-powered vehicle experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose customer-reported issues on GSE via remote channels (phone/email).
• Perform repairs/adjustments to components and systems.
• Disassemble and reassemble with limited assistance.
• Provide training to customer teams for proper operation and repair of equipment.
• Maintain and update service tickets in the service management system.
