Job summary

RB Global Inc. seeks a Government Services Administration Vehicle Program Specialist to oversee daily GSA vehicle operations, inspections, and documentation at assigned branch locations.

You will coordinate logistics, schedule maintenance, and ensure readiness for sale. The role requires strong mechanical and customer service skills, independent work capability, and experience with GSA or government contracts.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to identify repairs or diagnostics.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Professional written and verbal communication experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital inspection tools.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Comfortable indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Solid understanding of vehicle title processes and auction operations.
• Experience supporting government contracts or GSA programs.

Responsibilities

• GSA Vehicle Logistics: manage daily operations for all GSA vehicles and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Maintenance and Diagnostics Oversight: coordinate services and verify repairs.
• Customer and Government Partner Relations: serve as primary contact for GSA representatives.
• Compliance and Documentation: maintain all GSA records in line with standards.
• Operational Excellence and Safety: enforce safety policies and yard procedures.
• BOA Support: assist with non-GSA inventory, data entry, and yard organization as needed.
