Job summary

RB Global Inc. is seeking a Government Services Administration Vehicle Program Specialist to manage the GSA vehicle program at assigned branch locations.

The role requires coordinating vehicle logistics, inspections, and documentation while maintaining compliance with GSA and RB standards. You will act as the primary point of contact for GSA representatives, oversee maintenance coordination, and ensure timely processing of inventory and records in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to identify and coordinate repair or diagnostic needs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills, with proven customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• GSA Vehicle Logistics: Manage daily operations for all incoming and outgoing GSA vehicles and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Maintenance and Diagnostics Oversight: Evaluate vehicle condition and coordinate services, including oil changes and diagnostics.
• Customer and Government Partner Relations: Serve as the branch’s primary contact for GSA representatives and provide timely updates.
• Compliance and Documentation: Complete and maintain all GSA records and inspection reports in compliance with standards.
• Operational Excellence and Safety: Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, professional workspace.
• BOA Support: Perform branch support activities including data entry, vehicle check-in, and assisting visitors.
