Job summary

RB Global is seeking a Government Services Administration (GSA) Vehicle Program Specialist to manage the GSA vehicle program at our branch locations. You will inspect, prepare, and document vehicles for sale according to GSA and company standards.

This role requires broad operational knowledge, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision. Join a hardworking team supporting live auctions worldwide.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to identify repair needs.
• Excellent organizational and time management with attention to detail.
• Professional written and verbal communication with customer service experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital inspection/recordkeeping tools.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and sound judgment.
• Knowledge of vehicle title processes and auction operations.
• Experience supporting government contracts, GSA programs, or fleet marshalling.

Responsibilities

• GSA Vehicle Logistics: manage daily operations for all incoming/outgoing GSA vehicles and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintenance and diagnostics oversight: coordinate services, arrange transport, verify repairs, and perform safe road tests.
• Customer and government partner relations: serve as primary contact for GSA representatives and provide timely updates.
• Compliance and documentation: maintain GSA records and ensure confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
• Operational excellence and safety: enforce safety policies, PPE usage, and yard cleanliness.
• BOA support: assist with non-GSA inventory, data entry, and branch tasks as needed.
