Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA), a Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers company, seeks a Government Services Vehicle Program Specialist to manage operational activities for the GSA vehicle program at assigned branch locations, ensuring vehicles are received, inspected, and prepared for sale in compliance with GSA and RB standards.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating government vehicle programs.
• Detail-oriented with documentation accuracy.
• Experience with GSA or fleet marshalling helpful.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Comfort with indoor and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• GSA Vehicle Logistics: Manage daily operations for all incoming and outgoing GSA vehicles. Perform detailed vehicle inspections following GSA standards and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Maintenance and Diagnostics Oversight: Evaluate vehicle condition and coordinate services, including oil changes and diagnostic checks, and verify repairs.
• Customer and Government Partner Relations: Serve as branch’s primary contact for GSA representatives, providing timely updates and professional communication.
• Compliance and Documentation: Complete and maintain all GSA records and inspection reports in compliance with contractual standards.
• Operational Excellence and Safety: Promote safety policies and ensure PPE use and yard safety protocols.
• BOA Support: Vehicle check-in and documentation for non-GSA inventory; data entry and record management for auction prep; assist customers and partners.
