Job summary

RB Global Inc. seeks a GSA Vehicle Program Specialist to manage all operational activities for the GSA vehicle program at branch locations.

You will oversee vehicle intake, inspection, and preparation for sale, coordinate maintenance, and ensure documentation compliance with GSA standards. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customer service experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and digital inspection/recordkeeping tools.
• Ability to work independently in varied weather and environments.
• Knowledge of vehicle title processes and auction operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily GSA vehicle logistics, inspections, and readiness.
• Coordinate maintenance, diagnostics, and transport to service providers.
• Serve as primary contact for GSA representatives; respond to inquiries.
• Complete and maintain GSA records and documentation in compliance.
• Promote safety and maintain yard organization.
• Provide branch support for non-GSA inventory and auction prep.
