Job summary

Peraton seeks a Senior Manager for Growth[x] Data & AI Engineering to lead the data foundation powering Growth[x]. You will oversee end-to-end data pipelines, cortex design, and governance, interfacing with CIO data platforms and the Peraton[x] team.

This hands-on leader will architect solutions and shepherd best practices across teams. You will coordinate with Growth leadership, IT security, and platform engineers to ensure trustworthy AI-enabled workflows, data quality, and scalable operations

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data/AI, solution architecture, or digital transformation with 5+ years leading technical teams.
• Ownership of an enterprise AI or analytics platform from architecture through adoption.
• Strong working knowledge of agentic AI systems: prompt engineering, retrieval/knowledge graphs, evaluation, and productionization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data pipelines, cortexes, integrations, and governance for Growth[x] at enterprise scale.
• Architect the end-to-end technical vision for Growth[x] and connect it to the Peraton[x] platform.
• Design and stand up knowledge cortexes and establish standards for versioning and maintenance.
• Drive data quality and data warehouse integration with CIO systems and SharePoint repositories.
• Lead a small team, manage roadmap priorities, and communicate risks and trade-offs to Growth leadership.
