This role ties Growth teams to the CIO data platform and the Peraton[x] platform team, ensuring data is ready for AI-driven use.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in data/AI, solution architecture, or digital transformation.
• 5+ years leading technical teams.
• Ownership of an enterprise AI or analytics platform from architecture through adoption.

Responsibilities

• Architect the end-to-end technical vision for Growth[x] and its AI-enabled workflow.
• Lead the data pipelines, cortexes, integrations, and governance for enterprise-scale use.
• Coordinate with Growth leadership, CIO data platform, and Peraton[x] platform team to ensure data is governed, trusted and accessible.
• Architect and build hands-on with the team, not just direct it.
• Define standards for cortexes (ontology, knowledge graphs) and ensure versioning/maintenance.
