Job summary

Propelling Tech is seeking a Data Manager to lead strategic initiatives for our global clients in a cloud-native, AI-enhanced environment. You will manage corporate accounts, act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, and guide multidisciplinary data squads to deliver high-impact outcomes.

You will drive upskilling, operational excellence, and organic growth, coordinating cross-functional teams and shaping data-driven solutions that align with client objectives and firm strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years delivering Data & Analytics projects using cloud tech.
• Proven experience managing corporate accounts and growth.
• Strong communication and leadership across technical/business audiences.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Deep understanding of cloud-based data architectures and data value chain.
• Experience coaching and upskilling teams.
• Experience integrating generative AI to boost productivity.
• Experience leading large teams (>10 people).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary accountable leader for Propelling Tech within assigned corporate accounts.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams to ensure timely delivery against milestones.
• Lead and develop diverse teams, creating tailored learning and career plans.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement AI-driven productivity improvements.
• Understand client needs and propose Propelling Tech solutions for growth.
• Prioritize and shape new business opportunities aligned with client objectives.
• Deliver presentations to senior stakeholders as trusted advisor.
