Job summary
Two Six Technologies is seeking a Growth Vice President for the Intelligence Community to lead portfolio growth, bookings, and revenue. Based from VA headquarters with hybrid work in Arlington/Herndon, you will coach SAEs, shape growth strategy, and align resources across Growth, Capability Units, Engineering, Product, Capture, and Program Delivery.

Qualifications
- 15+ years of Intelligence, Defense or Government growth leadership.
- 10+ years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community.
- Proven success leading high-performing sales or growth organizations.
- Experience managing strategic customer relationships at the executive level.
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of AI, Cyber, Information Operations, Mission Software, Autonomous Systems, or related national security technologies.
- Active Secret level (TS/SCI preferred).
