Job summary

SAIC in Reston, Virginia, seeks a Growth Integration Lead to partner with the Army Navy Business Group Growth Officer. This role blends strategic planning with tactical execution to drive SAIC's growth initiatives and align cross-functional priorities.

You will own dashboards, performance metrics, and executive-ready insights while coordinating across business development, marketing, product, and operations to remove roadblocks and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive professional experience in strategy, business development, or program management.
• Proven experience developing and executing strategic initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate data into insights.
• Proficiency in creating executive-level reports, presentations, and business cases.
• Outstanding project management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow alignment across the organization by translating strategy into actionable roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with BDE, marketing, product, operations and finance.
• Create dashboards and analyze market trends, revenue, and pipeline health.
• Prepare agendas and materials for internal and external leadership meetings.
• Lead special initiatives, including market expansion and competitive analyses.
• Support change management and provide strategic advisory to the Growth Officer.
