Qualifications

• MBA is a plus.
• Healthcare or multi-site operations experience valued but not required.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and AI-enabled tools.
• Structured, hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving, including iterative testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences across the organization.
• Demonstrated success collaborating across functions and influencing without formal authority.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and lead strategic initiatives to improve performance, accelerate growth, and create enterprise value.
• Turn complex business challenges and data into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and practical implementation plans.
• Partner with operational and corporate teams to move high-priority initiatives from concept through execution.
• Define success metrics, monitor performance, and refine initiatives based on results and stakeholder feedback.
• Support enterprise-wide strategic planning, board preparation and engagement, leadership workshops, and other high-visibility activities.
• Communicate recommendations, decisions, and progress clearly to senior executives and stakeholders across the organization.
• Build trusted relationships and influence outcomes without relying on formal authority.
• Take ownership of emerging priorities and other projects critical to the company’s continued growth.
