The Opportunity
We are seeking a Manager of Strategy & Operations/Value Creation to join our team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Strategy. In this highly visible role, you will identify and lead initiatives that create measurable value across the organization. Working closely with operational leaders, corporate teams, and senior executives, you will translate strategic priorities into practical solutions and sustainable results.
You will also contribute to enterprise-wide strategic planning, board engagement, leadership workshops, and other high-impact initiatives.
