EliseAI, a rapidly growing AI-first advisor, seeks a strategic operator to lead AI transformation engagements with top customers. You will diagnose client operations, design AI-native operating models, and drive initiatives from strategy through execution.

You will build roadmaps to hit ambitious automation goals, own engagements end-to-end, and shape transformation capabilities across the practice. This role offers autonomy, speed, and high impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation engagements with senior executives to map current ops and envision an AI-native model.
• Build transformation roadmaps to achieve ambitious goals (e.g., 70% automation) and define required initiatives.
• Turn strategy into execution by managing end-to-end engagements from diagnosis to launch and measurement.
• Develop new transformation capabilities and consulting practices, including SOP redesign, change management, and operating model transformation.
• Execute strategic CSO-led initiatives to influence EliseAI's growth, product strategy, and industry impact.
• Invent and launch ideas beyond the roadmap, taking concepts from concept to implementation.
• Create programs to accelerate industry transformation and scalable AI adoption across customers.
