EliseAI is seeking a Growth Strategy Analyst to sit at the center of EliseAI's Future Platforms. You will build business cases, structure deals, and maintain momentum across the pipeline as we bring next-generation platforms to market for the country\'s largest housing operators.

This is a fast-paced, founder-like role with substantial ownership and impact. You will work directly with a high-growth team, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Operations to scale new business lines.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate from a top program; 1–2 years in consulting, strategy & operations, or a high-growth startup
• Relentlessly organized and follow through on everything you touch
• Think analytically and can turn messy inputs into a clear recommendation
• Quick to pick up new tools and processes and adopt them
• Communicate clearly and build trust across Sales, Product, and Operations
