Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Director of Portfolio Operations to lead strategic relationships with national accounts and drive sales growth across locations within the client family. The role partners with on-site GMs to ensure day-to-day operations align with client objectives and company standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong operational background, proven leadership, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver excellent service and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with P&L management in hospitality, retail, or food & beverage sectors.
• Strong leadership and team management skills across multiple sites.
• Ability to set strategic direction for national accounts and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide the activities of your management team.
• Set the strategic/tactical direction for each account.
• Develop and implement portfolio strategies to increase sales and profits with national clients.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Grow annual revenues by expanding products/services, locations, and pricing.
• Lead account development including expansion proposals and service breadth.
• Oversee budgets for client and Aramark operations.
