Job summary

Aramark Corporation seeks a Director of Portfolio Operations to provide vision, planning, and control for a geographic district generating substantial revenue. You will execute the General Management program with a focus on growth, cost, and productivity across multiple client sites.

The role emphasizes leading people, improving EBIT/margin, and delivering financial commitments, with frequent travel to client sites across the district.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with P&L responsibility in hospitality, retail, facilities, or food & beverage.
• Ability to hire, assess, and grow talent across multiple accounts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills across all levels of the organization.
• Experience leading through change and turnaround initiatives.
• Understanding contractual requirements and leveraging terms to address operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Establish ownership and accountability for operational management and financial performance across multiple accounts.
• Manage client relationships, communicate progress, and support new business/retention activities.
• Develop and manage budgets, P&L, and cost controls to meet targets.
• Lead labor and financial initiatives to improve efficiency and margins.
• Ensure safety, quality, and service excellence and compliance with policies.
