Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Associate Director to lead CEO- and C-suite-level strategy and reinvention engagements for Consumer Goods clients. You will shape and sell work, lead multi-workstream delivery, and translate growth, portfolio, and operating-model priorities into measurable results.

You will oversee cross-functional teams spanning strategy, finance, commercial, operations, data and AI, technology, talent, and change management, ensuring quality and timely delivery while driving value

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in strategy consulting or equivalent.
• Experience with enterprise growth strategy, corporate development, M&A and integration.
• Ability to lead complex, multi-workstream strategy programs with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities
