Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex strategy and enterprise-reinvention programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Own relationships with client CEOs, business-unit presidents, CFOs and other leaders.
• Translate executive questions into testable hypotheses and actionable roadmaps.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams spanning strategy, finance, commercial, operations, data and AI, technology, talent, and change management.
• Ensure engagement quality, timeliness, financial performance, and risk management.
• Define enterprise growth strategies, market choices, and business-model options.
• Design operating models, governance, and performance-management systems.
