Job summary

Simpli.fi in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Growth & Strategy Specialist to support 6-8 Sales Directors. This hybrid role combines internal coordination, pre-sale, post-sale, and day-to-day activities, with 3 days onsite per week in Ft. Worth.

You’ll assist with research, proposals, onboarding, reporting, dashboards, and revenue tracking, while enabling smooth campaigns and client communications.

Qualifications

• We’re open to recent graduates but prefer candidates with 1–2 years in sales support, account coordination, or customer success (AdTech or digital media preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and Slack.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to juggle priorities.
• Comfort working with data, reporting tools, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales directors with account research, sales prep, and proposal creation.
• Support onboarding, training, and campaign launches for clients.
• Serve as go-to resource for reporting requests and dashboard navigation.
• Build and maintain dashboards, track revenue, and support forecasting.
• Assist with invoice tracking and PTO coverage for team members.
