Job summary

Simpli.fi is seeking a Growth and Strategy Specialist in Fort Worth, TX. This hybrid role supports 6–8 Sales Directors with internal coordination, pre-sale, post-sale, and day-to-day activities in a fast-paced AdTech environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in sales support or related roles, strong MS Office/Google Workspace, Slack, and Salesforce familiarity. The position offers an opportunity to grow within a data-driven marketing technology company.

Qualifications

• Open to recent graduates; prefer 1–2 years in sales support, account coordination, or customer success.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and Slack.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfort working with data, reporting tools, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Growth & Strategy sellers with account research, prep, and proposal creation.
• Support onboarding, training, and implementation processes for campaigns.
• Provide reporting support and dashboard navigation for team members.
• Build and maintain dashboards, track revenue, and aid forecasting.
• Assist with invoice and payment tracking.
• Provide coverage during sellers’ PTO, including leaves.
