Airwallex is hiring for a Growth Operations & Experimentation role focused on building and running a scalable experimentation engine across global growth initiatives. You will own end-to-end experiments and campaigns, coordinate cross-functional launches, and translate hypotheses into reproducible workstreams.

You will work with data, analytics, and product teams to ensure rigorous measurement, identify tooling gaps, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced SaaS/fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in growth, operations, product management, or strategy roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working with data and metrics.
• Experience designing or coordinating experiments, with familiarity with A/B testing methodology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to synthesise and present insights clearly.
• Ability to execute in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end execution of growth experiments and campaigns, translating strategic hypotheses into operational workflows.
• Coordinate launches and rollouts, and synthesise learnings to inform the next iteration across multiple teams.
• Identify gaps in tooling and process, then codify repeatable work into scalable systems with guardrails.
• Partner with FP&A on forecasting and budget tracking, balancing speed with experimental rigour and data quality.
