Guardian Service in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate to identify and scale growth opportunities. You will work with senior leadership to frame questions, conduct analyses, and translate findings into actionable strategies that drive measurable impact.

You'll gain expertise in digital growth levers, customer acquisition channels, and operational scaling while partnering with leaders who’ve built and scaled teams at Fortune 500 companies.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in consulting, banking, strategy or growth roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; structure complex problems.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong communicator who can influence senior executives with data-driven insights.
• AI super-user; comfortable testing new LLMs and AI tools to drive efficiency.
• Self-starter with curiosity, drive and bias toward action.

• Experience with digital marketing is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, test, and launch new customer acquisition strategies across digital and mail channels.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to prioritize and execute new channel expansion opportunities.
• Assist optimization of marketing strategies through research and data analysis.
• Monitor performance and connect campaign results to P&L impact.
• Frame ambiguous problems, conduct research, and propose actionable solutions.
• Support UX and creative improvements with the team.
• Communicate findings via memos and presentations for executive decisions.
• Apply AI tools to enhance efficiency and testing speed.
