Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Seattle seeks a Senior Manager to lead strategy and execution for deal management in mergers and acquisitions. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, oversee risk, and foster client relationships while delivering value across integrations, divestitures, and carve-outs.

You will coordinate complex engagements, travel up to 80%, and contribute to business development within a global firm’s hybrid work model.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8 years of experience (5 progressive).
Alternative: Master’s degree with 7 years experience.
3 years of experience in integrations/divestitures/carve-outs with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
4 years of experience in assessing technology/finance/operations/infrastructure.
3 years in integration or separation of client operations.
3 years in consulting or professional services in M&A (merger integrations/divestitures/carve-outs).
2 years in synthesizing approaches in complex integration or divestiture conflicts.
2 years in project/engagement management including budgets and coaching.

Responsibilities

Prepare and execute mergers and acquisition plans to maximize synergies and financial benefits.
Lead engagement teams supporting decision makers in developing and executing transaction strategy.
Advise on methodology across integrations, divestitures, carve-outs and other types of transactions.
Oversee identification of risks and issues and recommend resolutions.
Lead and direct teams with feedback and coaching; build client relationships and networks.
Manage risk in delivering quality services and generate new business opportunities.
