Job summary
Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute seeks an Associate Director of Business Development to lead growth in assigned markets. You will oversee market research, competitive analysis, and deployment of field strategies with the sales team, aligning with area leadership in operations and clinical services.
You will manage budgeting with the marketing team, develop value propositions for referrals, and build relationships with large health systems and physicians to promote service lines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Master’s degree in business, healthcare administration or public health preferred.
- 7+ years of healthcare and/or oncology industry and medical outside sales/development experience required.
- Experience managing a sales team and building strategic plans based on market analysis.
Responsibilities
- Fosters a team focused culture.
- Conducts thorough market analysis and competitive analysis within assigned markets.
- Develops growth plans and deploys sales team strategies.
- Translates opportunities into defined tactics, programs, and timelines.
- Deploys sales team to execute growth strategies.
- Provides quarterly performance reports to leaders and stakeholders.
- Develops and maintains relationships with large health systems and physicians.
