Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and develop business plans to grow assigned entity(s) and improve profitability, quality and market share.
• Partner with physician leadership for medical staff development, contracts and engagement strategies.
• Develop and implement marketing, outreach and communications plans to support brand strategy and local market objectives.
• Oversee department staff, staffing plans, budgets, training, and policy implementation to ensure compliance and safety.
