Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or finance is required.
• MBA/MPH/MHA or related master's preferred.
• Minimum seven years in medical practice management.
• Oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic and operational leadership for assigned clinic(s), ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and achievement of objectives.
• Directs and oversees clinical and administrative operations including access, scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization.
• Leads, develops, and evaluates clinical and administrative teams with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partners with physicians and leadership to optimize workflows, provider productivity, patient throughput, and performance.
• Oversees provider onboarding/offboarding and supports recruitment and engagement initiatives.
• Develops, monitors, and manages operational budgets and revenue cycle operations to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Analyzes performance metrics and implements strategies to improve quality, efficiency, patient satisfaction, and financial outcomes.
• Leads quality improvement, patient safety, risk management, and regulatory readiness initiatives.
• Maintains accurate reporting of operational data and documentation for performance monitoring.
• Establishes collaborative relationships with physicians, hospitals, and external partners to support coordinated care.
