Valerie Health is seeking a Customer Strategy Lead to own deep partnerships with a portfolio of provider customers. You will manage implementations, monitor success, and identify opportunities for upsell, while collaborating with operations, engineering, and GTM teams to ensure successful launches and ongoing growth.

The role requires 3+ years in fast-paced environments, strong SQL/spreadsheet skills or coding fluency, and a customer-obsessed, solutions-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in high-growth environments or ambiguity-heavy roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead for a set of provider customers and be the primary contact for relationships.
• Identify and drive product opportunities to deliver maximum value.
• Own a customer end-to-end from sales to onboarding, adoption, and expansion.
• Create data-driven solutions by collaborating with Ops and Engineering.
• Build playbooks for the Customer Strategy team to support quarterly growth.
