Job summary

Dentsu in New York seeks a VP, Growth Director to serve as a strategic growth partner with deep expertise in data, technology, and platforms. This role bridges Growth and DT&T to unlock capacity and win complex client pursuits, leading end-to-end execution and compelling narratives for client opportunities.

You will partner with the Chief Growth Officer and exec leadership to shape solutions, lead pitch strategy, and drive measurable business value through data and technology capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in growth, business development, or solution development within data, technology, platforms, marketing technology, or advertising technology.
• Experience supporting complex client pursuits in an agency or consulting environment, incl. RFI and RFP development, pitch strategy, and client presentations.
• Strong working knowledge of data platforms, identity solutions, analytics, AI and machine learning, marketing technology, first‑party data strategies, data integration, and identity resolution.
• Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and written communication skills, with the ability to make complex information accessible and compelling.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver high‑quality work across multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across executive leadership, technical teams, product organizations, and client‑facing teams.
• Comfort operating in fast‑paced, evolving, and ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development of data and technology components for RFIs, RFPs, pitches, and client presentations.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business narratives and value propositions for executive and technical audiences.
• Partner with Growth, Data, Technology & Tools, product, sales, and client teams to shape tailored solutions and competitive positioning.
• Lead pitch preparation and client engagements, including executive presentations and technical discussions.
• Develop and refine high‑impact pitch materials, playbooks, case studies, value propositions, and enablement resources.
• Stay current on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Use pitch outcomes and client feedback to continuously improve messaging, solution development, and pursuit execution.
