Job summary

Dentsu Solutions in New York is seeking a VP, Growth Director to act as a strategic growth partner, bridging Growth and DT&T to win complex client pursuits. You will lead the end-to-end execution of data and technology components for RFIs, RFPs, pitches, and client presentations.

You will collaborate with executive leadership to craft compelling narratives around data/tech capabilities, shape strategy, and drive client engagements with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth, business development, or solution development in data/tech/platforms/advertising tech.
• Experience supporting complex client pursuits in agency/consulting, including RFI/RFP development and pitches.
• Strong knowledge of data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, identity resolution, and first-party data strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of data/tech components for RFIs, RFPs, pitches, and client presentations.
• Translate complex concepts into clear business narratives for executive and technical audiences.
• Partner with Growth, DT&T, product, sales, and client teams to shape solutions and positioning.
• Lead pitch preparation and client engagements, including executive presentations.
• Develop and refine pitch materials, playbooks, case studies, and enablement resources.
• Stay current on technologies, trends, and competitors to identify differentiation opportunities.
• Use outcomes and feedback to improve messaging and pursuit execution.
