Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in tier 1 technology banking, growth equity, or startup/high-growth environment.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional programs.
• Financial proficiency with familiarity in budgets and reporting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup culture.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage investor relations, support the CEO, and oversee operations for a fast-growing startup.
• Lead annual and quarterly strategic planning (OKRs) and track key metrics for leadership.
• Oversee finance processes including accounts receivable/payable and budgeting.
• Coordinate internal comms, culture initiatives, and executive alignments across departments.
• Coordinate with recruiters and vendors to ensure goals alignment.
