Job summary

Climate First Bank is seeking an Investor Relations Manager to build and lead a new IR function. You will translate financial performance, growth strategy, mission, and market opportunity into investor-facing communications, strengthening confidence among shareholders, analysts, regulators, and other stakeholders.

You will create structure and repeatable processes, partnering with executive leadership to shape the company’s investor engagement during a critical growth phase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, banking, equity research, capital markets, financial communications, or a related field.
• Ability to understand bank financial statements, capital planning, shareholder communications, and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an investor relations strategy aligned with growth roadmap and governance expectations.
• Create repeatable processes, calendars, messaging frameworks, and reporting routines for the IR function.
• Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and investors, communicating performance, purpose, and long-term value.
• Prepare investor presentations, shareholder communications, market updates, and board-ready materials.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and executives to ensure accurate, timely messaging.
• Translate complex financial concepts into concise narratives for sophisticated audiences.
