Iru is seeking a Strategic Finance Lead to shape financial strategy and guide the company through growth. This role owns planning, performance, and capital discussions, translating complex data into clear recommendations for leadership and investors.

In this fast-moving, high-growth SaaS environment, you will build scalable processes, lead forecasting and budgeting, and partner with senior leaders to craft investment cases and operating plans that drive value and strategic clarity.

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience across strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or related analytical roles.

Mansioni

• Shape Company and Capital Strategy: evaluate debt and equity alternatives, capital structure, financing needs, and fundraising scenarios.
• Develop Investor-Ready Materials: create presentations and analyses for investors, Board, and leadership; narrate performance and strategy clearly.
• Own Financial Modeling and Scenario Planning: build integrated models for operating plans, investments, hiring, growth, and capital needs.
• Lead Core FP&A Processes: forecast, planning, budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting for actionable insights.
• Partner With Senior Leaders: collaborate with executives to develop budgets, forecasts, and operating plans; challenge assumptions.
