Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 4 years of quantitative analysis experience.
• At least 4 years of qualitative analysis experience.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies that drive profitability and competitive advantage for Capital One Shopping.
• Lead analysts; coach and mentor to build a high-performing team.
• Develop product and pricing strategies; lead product-level data modeling and analytics.
• Oversee direct-to-consumer marketing and strategic initiatives for retail channels.
• Drive credit risk insights, build models, and test hypotheses with rigorous analysis.
• Manage multiple projects and programs, delivering against the product strategy.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others to improve quality, volume, and profitability.
• Demonstrate strong executive communication and decision-making grounded in analytics.
• Deliver results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
