Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience performing quantitative analysis.
• At least 5 years of experience performing qualitative analysis.
• At least 3 years of experience performing people management.
• At least 3 years of experience performing project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success.
• Lead and mentor multiple analysts and associates.
• Develop and implement product and pricing strategies for lending products; lead product data modeling/analytics.
• Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products and inform new customer experiences.
• Improve credit risk performance by modeling drivers of future trends and testing hypotheses.
