Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of quantitative analysis experience.
• Minimum 5 years of qualitative analysis experience.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success.
• Lead and develop analysts; coach and mentor to retain talent.
• Develop and implement product and pricing strategies; lead data modeling/analytics.
• Direct marketing efforts and inform new customer experiences and go-to-market strategies.
• Drive credit risk improvements by modeling and testing hypotheses with analytics.
• Oversee delivery of initiatives and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and others to improve quality and profitability.
