Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Director, Growth Planning to own major growth investments and govern the value delivery from approval to results. You will build business cases, set standards, and coordinate across Product, Field, and Pricing to ensure decision-ready proposals.

You will partner with Finance, Sales, and Product, drive risk-aware recommendations, and mentor a small analytics team to deliver high-quality planning insights for executive reviews.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, FP&A, or consulting.
• Proven financial modeling and scenario analysis skills.
• Experience running governance processes like investment committees or planning councils.
• Record of influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders across functions.
• Clear, structured problem solving and executive communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own the business case process for major growth and investment initiatives, including revenue, cost, payback, and risk assumptions.
• Set standards and templates for business cases to ensure comparability and decision readiness.
• Run governance cadence for planning and investment reviews, including agenda and escalation paths.
• Track approved initiatives against targets and report progress and benefits realization to leadership.
• Lead trade-off discussions with senior stakeholders and drive them to clear decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Product to align inputs behind each case and the broader plan.
• Make sound recommendations from incomplete inputs and disclose risks and confidence levels.
• Prepare executive materials and narratives for planning cycles and leadership reviews.
• Build and mentor a small team of planning and analytics professionals.
